Welcome to Sponja Time! By booking our services, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read carefully.


1. Services

Sponja Time provides luxury cleaning services, including residential, commercial, post-sale, post-construction, seasonal, and membership-based cleaning. Service availability may vary by location.


2. Quotes and Pricing

  • Prices listed on our website are starting rates. Final quotes may vary based on property size, condition, add-ons, and access details.
  • Membership plans require prepayment and are subject to minimum contract periods.
  • All quotes will be confirmed before service begins.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept secure payments through approved providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, credit card).
  • Prepaid membership and seasonal plans are non-refundable but may be applied toward rescheduled services within the plan period.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service cost).
  • If our cleaners cannot access your property at the scheduled time, the visit will be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate service details (property size, condition, special instructions).
  • Ensure safe access to the property (keys, codes, parking, etc.).
  • Remove or secure valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings.
  • Notify us of pets, special surfaces, or cleaning product restrictions.

6. Staff & Subcontractors

Sponja Time may use employees or subcontractors to perform services. All cleaners are vetted and trained to meet our standards of professionalism and quality.


7. Damage & Liability

  • While we take every precaution, Sponja Time is not liable for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or items not secured prior to service.
  • Any claims for damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to decline service in environments that pose health or safety risks to our staff. This includes hazardous materials, unsafe conditions, or disruptive behavior.


9. Membership Plans

  • Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.
  • Visits must be used within the billing cycle and cannot be rolled over indefinitely.
  • Prepaid plans (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual) are billed upfront and non-refundable.

10. Termination of Services

Sponja Time reserves the right to terminate or refuse services at our discretion, including cases of non-payment, unsafe conditions, or breach of these Terms.


11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, and materials are the property of Sponja Time and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
